Product Description This indoor antenna will outperform your old traditional antenna due to the 360 degree patented reception technology. It eliminates the constant need to adjust, and you will get the local channels you want. Just hang it, lay it flat, or stand it upright and receive local HD, DTV and FM signals for free. The ultra low noise amplifier provides clear reception of HDTV, UHF, or VHF signals.

Poor antena, no better then a piece of wire March 9, 2010 M. Malinov This is a very very poor antenna. The reception is horrible and is not better than a piece of wire with 2 screws at the end I was using before. I've tested it on all 3 TVs I have and the reception is just bad. I bought this to watch OTA HD but it would not get half the available channels and the rest is easily interfered with. I guess if you live in an area with great reception it would work but then again you could then use your old rabbit ears instead and save yourself the money.
great littlre Antenna March 5, 2010 Nabil El-Antably (Laguna Beach, CA USA) This is really nice product, it worked fast and brought many stations that we couldn't see before, you will need to move around or get better reception, but no big deal. Best I liked is it looks nice and blend in eay
Works March 5, 2010 Cesar C. Garcia (Riverside, CA) It's cheap, and it works. I live in La Jolla and I get all of the local San Diego channels. It won't get any of the LA channels from my apartment, but it's very cheap and because everything these days is digital the picture quality and sound quality are great.
Cheaper models outperform February 15, 2010 Wil C. (Oklahoma City, OK) My wife and I are temporarily living in our duplex while remodeling our house, and we originally bought an RCA ANT1000 antenna for $12.00. We could not receive a favorite local channel using this antenna, but received good signal strength with all of our other local channels. We decided to try this amplified RCA antenna and no matter where we put the new antenna, the signal was the same or worse. Since the amplifier is in line, I tried to use the ANT1000 with the amplifier and the signal did not improve more than 1-2%. I also tried the ANT1450 without the amplifier and the signal was 20-25% worse than the ANT1000! Save your money (and electricity) and buy the ANT1000 instead!
Good, cheap antenna that works as advertised January 29, 2010 Ryan (Kentucky) According to [...], I needed a small multidirectional antenna. I live in a single story, suburban area with no major obstructions to signal degradation nearby. The big 4 network towers (yellow colored on [...]) are all 17-18 miles away from my house, all within 3-4 degrees of each other. I ended up just buying the RCA multi-directional digital flat amplified antenna model # ANT1450B at Walmart, thinking it probably wouldn't be adequate, but would be an easier return than shipping something back to Amazon. I'm pleased to report that I get ABC, NBC, FOX, PBS, and CBS without any problems, which corresponds to the "yellow" channels on [...]. I can't receive any of the red or violet channels, but didn't expect too. Set up was very easy, just plugged the antenna into the pre-amp and plugged the unit into the TV antenna in. Very pleased with this antenna and would definitely recommend with the above parameters.
