Product Description The Philips SDV2270 indoor antenna is compatible with UHF, VHF, FM and HDTV. The UHF element has a 360-degree turn radius and 180-degree tilt radius, giving you a wide range of reception. VHF dipoles are 43 inches and can adjust through 360 degrees with a 180-degree tilt to deliver the best possible reception. This antenna has separate UHF/VHF fine-tuning controls for a better defined signal. It comes with a 75 to 300 ohm indoor transformer and six foot attached coaxial cable.

This company does not refund. If this antenna doesn't work for you, as it didn't for me (my old cheap rabbit ears proved superior), you will be stuck with it.
This antenna works well December 31, 2008 Bruce Rutkoski (Ravenna, Ohio) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
After trying 3 different antennas and not finding one that worked very well, I found this one at Lowes. This antenna worked exceptionally well compared to the others I tried. I tried a less expensive Philips model, an amplified square panel antenna, and an amplified rabbit ears model. None of the amplified versions helped a bit. I was installing the antenna for my dad's TV, along with a DTV converter box. He was having trouble receiving VHF stations well. He is about 30 miles from the transmitters. When this antenna was connected, suddenly all the VHF stations came in strong, even some UHF stations came in better. These antennas are really simple and it was very annoying to have to keep returning a simple antenna back to the store. Everything is almost junk out there anymore, so it was a relief when I found this model.
